What a year we had! The Cleveland Restoration Society (CRS)
celebrated so many outstanding achievements in 2023. Our
Heritage Home ProgramSM surpassed its previous records set in
2019 and signed 222 loans valued at $10.89 million. Additionally,
CRS secured $3 million in American Rescue Plan Act funding to
establish the Enhanced Heritage Home Loan, which will make
home improvement financing options available to certain
Cleveland residents who were previously ineligible to participate
in the program.

These successes, and others featured in this report, would not be
possible without the support of our members, Trustees,
volunteers, and community partners, as well as our expert and
dedicated staff. Thank you for all that you do to help CRS achieve
its mission to preserve, protect, and celebrate historic buildings
and places that foster vibrant and inclusive communities.
